KeyLynx Technologies is a full service Computer Company.
We offer Home and Office service, complete installation of computers, networking, servers, upgrades and repairs. Our service area is all of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. We now offer Office and Company computer relocation moving in our New Service Box Truck!

KeyLynx also has a full service store that is located at 400 Main Street East Hartford, Ct 06118 which is located inside the Pratt and Whitney Surplus store. Our store has everything you need to build, customize, repair and upgrade your computer. If you can’t find it in our store we can order it and have it to you in just a few short days! Special order items and hard to find parts can even be found at our store.

Home Service
We provide Home Service for $50 for the first hour
and $35 each additional hour after that. This service can provide the customer with trouble shooting, Q&A, product and printer installation, wireless systems and even networking.

Business Service
Level 1 Tech Support — $70/hour
Level 1 covers basic computer maintenance, computer and printer installation.

Level 2 Tech Support — $80/hour
This covers Level 1 Tech Support with computer maintenance, repair, upgrades, support, trouble shooting and cleaning.

Level 3 Tech Support — $95/hour
The most complete and economical of all levels of each support. This level includes all basic service, server upgrades and new installations, e-mail and high-speed internet set up and diagnosis, printer installation and repair, networking, software change over, warrantee work and emergency service. *Emergency calls based on priority have a separate charge.*
